Your delivery is FREE if your total order value is over £25.00 UK mainland only. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery.

Under £25 - £2.75
Orders under £20 are subject to a delivery charge of £2.75 to cover post & packing. UK mainland only. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery.

Overseas - £3.75
Non-UK Mainland & Overseas Countries
Orders to Overseas Countries are subject to a delivery charge of £3.75 to cover post & packing. We accept orders from most overseas addresses. We welcome orders from all BFPO and worldwide addresses. Delivery times to different countries may vary.

All items in stock will usually be dispatched by Royal Mail to UK addresses the next working day after we receive your order.

Next Day Delivery - £5.95
If you require your order urgently we can send it by next day delivery to all UK addresses providing we receive your order before 12 noon UK time and you pay using Credit/Debit Card. Next Day Delivery is charged at £5.95.

Delivery will be made the next day between 9am and 5.30pm. Orders placed on a Saturday will not be sent until the following Monday.

If you require Next Day Delivery and you qualify for FREE Standard Delivery (the Next Day Delivery option will not be displayed) please state 'Next Day Delivery' in your Order Comments box to authorise us to add the £5.95 delivery charge to your total order.

Next Day orders placed with the Cheque/Postal Order payment option cannot be processed in time and will therefore not be honoured.

If something is not in stock, we will send it out first class post (UK only) as soon as we receive it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our products are chosen with great care and we want you to enjoy them. If you are not completely happy with the products you have chosen, please return them unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will refund or exchange them for you on receipt. Please note that the return postage and the delivery charge on the original order cannot be refunded. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty we will of course reimburse you fully. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, please retain proof of postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. 

We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay.
